Kryptiq offers both virtual and downloadable training classes that help you get started with Patient Portal (CareCatalyst™), Secure Messaging (ClinicalMessenger™), Document Management (DocuTrak™), and eScriptMessenger™.

Live Web Classes

Kryptiq's training classes are Web-based. This format keeps your training costs low and allows you to schedule training sessions at a time that is convenient for you. You receive a completely interactive class experience in which you view the instructor's handouts and demonstrations online as well as have the opportunity for hands-on use of the applications. The only requirement of you is that you have an Internet connection and a telephone line.

Kryptiq’s online training classes are billed against your organization's pre-authorized hours for professional services. Please verify your account balance with your Kryptiq Field Consultant before registering for classes.

Downloadable Training Resources

Kryptiq's downloadable training classes provide basic instruction while offering great scheduling flexibility. You can download these classes at any time, and you can complete the classes at a pace that is right for you.
