As our product and vision continue to evolve, we have realized the power of provider contracting as a platform for health plan performance management, which provides new levels of transparency and visibility across the entire health plan. We require a name for this platform that more accurately reflects the powerful and far-reaching capabilities of our vision. The name we have chosen is Choreo™. Choreo is derived from the word “choreography”, which is defined as “the arrangement of actions leading up to an event”. We believe Choreo is an essential tool for orchestrating the movement of data within a health plan, whether that data be provider demographics, contract language, or fee schedules.
