Kryptiq Releases Health Plan Workflow Management Application for Provider Contracting
Guardian Publisher Streamlines Interdepartmental Communications Throughout the Provider Life Cycle

This new module extends the power of Guardian™ Contract Manager by automating and streamlining interdepartmental workflows both pre- and post-signature.
Guardian Contract Manager is an end-to-end contract management solution designed specifically for health plans. Guardian Contract Manager enables health plans to automate the entire contract life cycle, from contract creation to post-signature. By adding Guardian Publisher, the data captured by Guardian Contract Manager is made available across the entire health plan organization.
Today, provider contracts created within a health plan’s contracting department contain information about rates, provider demographics and other provider specific data, which is both sourced and required by other departments. With traditional paper workflows, contract information shared among departments is often entered multiple times into different systems creating errors and inconsistencies. For example, when rates change as a result of a contract renegotiation, this updated information also needs to be reflected in the claims payment system. Guardian Publisher gives health plans the ability to achieve compliance by defining a standard process for managing and communicating these many interdependencies.
