Touchstone Health Purchases Guardian Contract Manager to Optimize Provider Network

Health Plan Joins Growing Trend of Kryptiq Customers

PORTLAND, Ore. – June 7, 2006 – Kryptiq, the leader in connectivity and workflow solutions for healthcare, announced today that Touchstone Health Partnership Inc. has purchased Guardian™ Contract Manager to streamline all aspects of its provider contract creation and management. Touchstone Health Partnership Inc. is a healthcare organization solely dedicated to serving the needs of Medicare beneficiaries in New York.

Touchstone purchased Guardian Contract Manager to streamline workflows, share critical information across the entire corporation and help analyze the financial performance of its provider and hospital contracts.

Guardian Contract Manager allows health plans to automate the entire life cycle of a provider contract, including creation, negotiation, execution and post-signature evaluation. Unlike other contract management software, Guardian Contract Manager approaches the contract life cycle from the health plan perspective, including tasks such as evaluating provider enrollment and incorporating rates sheets within the contracting workflow.
