CareSource Management Group to Present on Kryptiq’s Contract Management Solution at Network Contract Optimization Conference

Additionally, John Riherd, former senior vice president and chief legal officer at The Regence Group and executives from Kryptiq, will present a pre-conference workshop on the topic of “Provider Contract Management Process Maturity: How Do You Stack Up?” This session will focus on health plans continual struggle to efficiently manage their provider contracting processes. Attendees will learn how to analyze their organization’s contracting risk exposure; implement best practices for provider contracting derived from case studies focusing on leading health plans; and examine current provider contracting workflows and highlight specific areas for process improvement.
