Kryptiq’s Connect IQ Drives Practice Efficiency and Patient Friendly Experience

Physicians Report Online Collaboration Saves 20 Percent of Time Spent by Medical Assistants on Manual Tasks

Online Access to Personal Health Information Changes Expectations

Dr. Tom Landholt, solo practitioner at PatientCare Family Practice in Springfield, Missouri, and Medical Director of HIT for MassPro, one of the leading performance improvement organizations in the United States, sends 70 percent of his lab results via secure messaging. “Expectations about getting lab result notifications have changed tremendously,” Dr. Landholt states.“Under the old workflow, the expectation was ‘We'll notify you about your results’, leaving the patient in limbo. Over the past year and a half, Kryptiq has been collaborating with Microsoft to enable consumers to share personal health information stored in their HealthVault account with their provider for improved coordination of care.
