CoxHealth Deploys Kryptiq ePrescribing Solution
Kryptiq’s eScriptMessenger Enables Improved Patient Safety and Office Efficiency
Portland, Ore. – January 31, 2008 – Kryptiq, the leading provider of next generation healthcare connectivity solutions, today announced the deployment of eScriptMessenger™ (eSM) at CoxHealth. A four-hospital organization with 55 physician clinics in the Springfield, MO region, CoxHealth is using eScriptMessenger to improve patient safety and office efficiency.

According to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, e-prescribing could reduce some 530,000 “adverse events” that occur annually in Medicare alone. eSM also improves office efficiency through a deep integration with the GE Centricity® EMR, enabling the entire prescribing process to occur within existing EMR workflows.
