Frederick Primary Care Associates Partners with Kryptiq for Patient Online Services
Connect IQ Integrates Practice Web site with Allscripts EMR and PM
Portland, Ore. – February 21, 2008 – Kryptiq, the leading provider of next generation healthcare connectivity solutions, today announced that Frederick Primary Care Associates (FPCA) has partnered with Kryptiq to provide secure patient access to vital information stored in their Allscripts™ clinical and business systems. With this implementation, Frederick County’s largest medical group will improve the efficiency of its office operations and provide better customer service to its patients.
Since 2003, FPCA has delivered innovative customer services through its interactive practice Web site. However, these services were not integrated with the practice’s Allscripts™ HealthMatics® Electronic Health Record (EHR) and the HealthMatics® Ntierprise Practice Management (PM) systems, creating unnecessary duplicate data and workflows for the practice.
