Online eSM Support Request Form
SummaryThis article provides instructions to initiate support for eScriptMessenger with Kryptiq and SureScripts. Please use this form when a pharmacy has not received or incorrectly received an electronic prescription. Kryptiq Customer Support will verify if the prescription was sent successfully across the SureScripts network and open a case with SureScripts to investigate the issue with the pharmacy. Although SureScripts is only able to investigate cases reported within 5 days of the initial transaction, please send feedback regarding older prescriptions. Kryptiq will review cases of older transactions with SureScripts and will include these cases in monthly reports to each pharmacy. InstructionsPlease follow the link below to fill out the eSM Support Request Form and submit it to Kryptiq Customer Support. Only some fields are required, but the more information you are able to provide the better.
